Our Process

We follow a standard road-map for each of our project so that our clients may get an effective delivery services in time. A brief of our project execution process is as follows.

• 1. Initial Consultant:
  

  This is free of charge. During the initial phase we intend to know you and look at your current position. We listen to your thoughts, ideas and requirements for the project as well as putting forward our valuable suggestions in relation to maximizing potential of the project.

• 2. Requirement Analysis/Proposal Submission:
  

  After initial consultation and discussion, we work with you and for you to understand your business and your functional requirements carefully for the projects. Once the requirement analysis is completed, we submit cost estimate proposal that includes all functionality, timeline and price information related to project. The proposal having list of all features that you are required.

• 3. Agreement Sign up:

• 4. Preparation of SRS:
  

  On the basis of requirement analysis and approved proposal we generate Software Requirements Specification (SRS). The SRS fully describe the software and explain what it will do and how it will be performed. The SRS also functions as a blue print for completion of a project. The SRS is often referred to as the “parent” document because all subsequent project management documents such as design specifications, testing and validation plans related to project.
  
  The client will check the SRS carefully to suit his requirements and freeze it for further process.

• 5. Wireframe/Design:
  

  Wireframe represents the basic page layout structure and navigation of the website/software functionality. It is created according to the requirements of the client.
  
  During this phase we will identify the specific design for the application. After finalization of Home page design, it is sent across to you for approval. Once the home page is approved, we initiate to work on the inner pages.

• 6. Prototype:
  

  We commence the work on prototype rest after the approval of design by client. A prototype is a high fidelity set of functional pages or components containing the actual navigation and interactions for eventual coding.

• 7. Development:
  

  It is the phase where actual development of application is started and our development team develops the required application.

• 8. Testing /Quality Assurance:
  

  This phase is most important phase of the project. During this, our QA team tests each feature based upon the requirements outlined in your project specification document. If the system does not meet the requirements or inconsistencies are noted then it is again assigned to the development team for resolution.

• 9. Beta Live:
  

  After the quality assurance stage, we make beta launch of the application with the live functioning. Now client will review the application and approve it.

• 10. Live:
  

  This is the stage when the application is approved and ready to entrust.
